*NEW* Phenomenon No. II o R B publication(2012)
In conjunction with the exhibition Phenomenon No. II o R B at Milk Tea & Pearl(London), this publication tells of the story of the second Phenomenon that Pao encountered on his second year of life. The narrative was created with the context of the exhibition space in mind.
Storyline
Pao wakes up on the morning of his second year of life to find a new extension in his hut. It is a room, and inside lies a giant yellow orb. At the same time, yellow orbs are sighted to be falling from the sky onto the sea and land in the world of Pao. What exactly will Phenomenon No. II reveal? And how will it affect Pao?
Phenomenon No. II is the second tale following Phenomenon No. I — The story of Whao on 01.01.2011. The current tale was created by the artist with context of the exhibition space in mind, allowing real time and space to direct the fictional narrative. There is also an interactive element at the end of the tale where the artist seeks audience participation for future episodes in the story of Pao.

How I got my fur(2011)
UK toy company Bitbots has produced this comic to compliment its Series Zero range of Jinny vinyl toys. I was part of the production team doing the inking and coloring. You can now purchase a copy through my shop.

Journey #1(2011)
This piece of hand drawn illustration is a fictional landscape featuring Pao and friends. Inspiration came from Where’s Wally, a trip to a Chinese school in China and observations of modern society. References were taken from a number of artists, including Devilrobots and Jason Siu. This is the first journey Pao and friends have embarked on and it’s designed to be a game for the viewer to interact with the narrative using social media.
How to play (instruction sheet included)
1.Spot all five characters in the illustration.
2.Take a snapshot of each found character with your smartphone or digital camera(Use the macro view)
3.Post the snapshots on Pao’s Facebook wall at www.facebook.com/paothecarrot or tweet to Paomaster at www.twitter.com/paomaster
4.You will receive an adventure badge if all characters are correctly found. The characters will then continue with their journey (next drawing series).
